Ruby's new favorite piece of furniture. She loves sitting up and looking around. She seems to be a very alert baby. Isn't she cute?
Thanks to Lori and Hunter for passing the chair down.
On a side note, I went kayaking today after work. Got to love the N. Fork of the American River. Good times with Joe and Corey.

Ski day 2 for the Rubster
Lora, Ruby and I went back up to Truckee to visit again with the Childress and Ellis families. We had a great day skiing up Mt. Tamarack (9,882ft) near Mt. Rose, NV. Ruby bagged her first peak! The weather was exceptional, nice and warm but not too warm to really mess up the snow. Again, Ruby slept on the ascent and kind of woke up for the ski down.
It was a great day out and a fun ski down. It's crazy how many people we've run into that said they did the same with their babies. One even told me that he would bring booby popscicles with him to give to his girls when they went backcountry skiing. Lucky for Ruby and myself her mother enjoys skiing as much as we do.

Ruby smiling and trying to talk
A 1 minute video of the Rubster. For all of her grandparents! Enjoy.
A few more shots of Ruby
Well the Robinsons are doing well. Ruby is growing so tall and very quickly. Many people can not believe that she is only 10 weeks old.
We got a chance to go kayaking together as a family this past weekend. We owe a great debt of gratitude to Tracy Soule for running our shuttle and babysitting Ruby. I have to admit that because Ruby is kinda cute people sure don't seem to mind babysitting. Of course Ruby would have to have a giant poo while we were on the river. Sorry Tracy.

We are officially a family
For valentine's day Lora officially(legally)became a Robinson. It was a great gift. Now Ruby will not be confused.
